A small deposit secures your booking, and you won’t pay the remaining balance until 30 days before your wedding. We typically need around 90 minutes to set up our wedding disco equipment, ensuring everything is professionally installed, thoroughly tested and ready well before your evening reception begins.

For even greater peace of mind, we also offer an Early Set Up option for our Classic package. For a small additional cost, we’ll install your wedding disco before your guests arrive, allowing you to enjoy your day without any interruptions or equipment being set up around you.

Absolutely. We understand that many wedding venues require proof of insurance and equipment safety before your big day, and we’re happy to provide everything they need.

Wedding Party Events holds £10 million Public Liability Insurance (PLI), and all of our professional wedding DJ and disco equipment is PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) certified and tested annually for electrical safety.

If your venue requests documentation, we’ll supply copies of our Public Liability Insurance certificate and PAT testing certificates directly to them, giving you complete peace of mind.
